This was a two week diving trip to the Red Sea. The first part was spent in Hurghada based at the Shadwan Hotel. We took two boats out every day to dive the various reefs in the vicinity of Hurghada.

One day's diving was given up to visit the Valley of the Kings in the Nile Valley.

We then crossed over to the Sinai by ferry. We stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. Again we took out two boats each day to dive the coral reefs between Ras Mohamed and the Straits of Tiran. Our dive guide for this part of the trip was the famous Bob Johnson.

The charts above shows the areas we visited.
